HAM AND CHEESE PIE 
Pastry for large deep-dish pie
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
1 tbsp. and 1 tsp. flour
1 c. chopped cooked ham
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. half and half
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/8 tsp. salt

Prick bottom and sides of pastry lightly. Bake at 400 degrees for 3 minutes. Gently prick again. Bake an additional 3-4 minutes. Combine cheese and flour; sprinkle in pastry shell. Top with ham, onion, and green pepper. Combine remaining ingredients, mixing well. Pour into pastry shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until set.
