DELICIOUS RHUBARB CRUMBLE 
SAUCE:

1/2 c. sugar
3 oz. pkg. strawberry Jello
1 c. boiling water

Combine these three ingredients and cook until well dissolved.

TOPPING:

1 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. oatmeal
1/2 c. melted butter
1 c. flour

Make alternate layers of 5 cups rhubarb and sauce in baking dish. Add topping. Bake 350 degrees, 45 minutes to 1 hour.
