LIME AND MUSTARD FLOUNDER
FILLETS
 
2 lbs. flounder fillets
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. Dijon mustard
1 1/2 tbsp. lime juice

Place fillets on a rack in a broiler pan. Combine mayonnaise, mustard, and lime juice; spread mixture over fillets. Broil 6 inches from heat 6-10 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
