HONEY MUSTARD SALMON FILLETS 
1/4 c. Dijon mustard
1/2 c. honey
4 tbsp. melted butter
1 tsp. curry powder
salmon fillets

Heat oven to 400°F. Combine mustard, honey, melted butter and curry powder to make sauce. Put a small amount of sauce on bottom of greased baking pan. Put in salmon skin side down. Brush top with sauce.

Bake for 8 to 10 minutes. Turn. Baste with sauce generously. Continue to bake additional 8 to 10 minutes or until fish flakes.

Sauce can be stored in refrigerator for future use on chicken.
