GUSTO POTATO SALAD 
12 c cooked red potatoes, medium diced
1 1/2 c. Best Foods mayonnaise
4 tbsp. Plochman's Natural Stone ground mustard
1/2 c. young green onions, chopped fine
1 lb. lean sliced bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
Salt and pepper to taste

(Recipe may be halved.) The red potatoes may be washed and cut into medium dice, including skins, and cooked in salted water until done. Empty pan of cooked diced potatoes into a colander and allow to cool to room temperature. Mix stone ground mustard thoroughly into the mayonnaise. Add to cooled potatoes which have been placed into a bowl. Mix evenly, then add the chopped green onions and the crumbled bacon. Mix these ingredients carefully and taste to see of more salt is needed. Add pepper. Cover bowl and allow to stand overnight to blend flavors.
