GUACAMOLE 
2 lg. ripe avocados, peeled and pitted
1 lg. tomato, peeled and chopped
1/4 c. minced onion
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
1/8 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
2 tbsp. sour cream
1 tbsp. real mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Mash avocados with fork, in a bowl. Add all of the other ingredients. Cover with plastic until ready to use.
