1 box light brown sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 1 stick butter (softened) 3 eggs 2 c. coarsely chopped pecans 2 c. self-rising flour Mix the first four ingredients in a large bowl. Add pecans. Stir in flour a little at a time until a thick dough forms. Press into a 9x12 pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Cool, cut into squares. |
