RESTAURANT SALAD 
1/4 head iceberg lettuce
1/4 head romaine lettuce
4 oz. jar pimento
1/4 can artichoke hearts
1/4 can hearts of palm
1 sm. red onion (sliced thin)
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Mix together: 1/6 c. apple cider vinegar

Mix oil and vinegar and set aside.

Add together ingredients for salad. Toss with oil and vinegar and let set for at least an hour.

This salad will only keep for about 1 day.

Serves 4.
