RESTAURANT CHEESE CAKE 
CRUST:

2 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. sugar
2/3 c. butter, softened

Mix and press into (9 x 7 inch) pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.

FILLING:

4 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 lb. powdered sugar
1 (11 oz.) Cool Whip

Beat cream cheese and sugar until creamy. Add Cool Whip and mix good. Pour into cool crust and refrigerate. Serve plain or with 2 cans of Thank You pie filling (your choice). Double recipe for a larger cake.
