HAWAIIAN BREAD 
1 1/4 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. shortening
3 ripe bananas (1 c. mashed)
2 eggs
1 c. chopped pineapple juice (opt.)
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Mix well, turn into large greased loaf pan or 2 smaller ones. Fill 2/3 full. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.
