HAWAIIAN BREAD 
1 (#2) - (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
1 (10 oz.) pkg. flaked coconut
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 c. flour
1 c. oil
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. chopped pecans

Combine all ingredients in order given adding pecans last. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees in 2 greased loaf pans.
