CALIFORNIA SANDWICH 
This is good anytime of the year especially in the summertime when you can get fresh homegrown tomatoes.

PER SANDWICH:

2 slices white bread
1 slice bologna
1 slice American cheese (Kraft)
peanut butter
4 saltine crackers
slice tomato
1 slice onion (optional)
lettuce
Miracle Whip (Kraft)

Take 1 slice of white bread. Spread Miracle Whip on it, add 1 slice bologna and 1 slice cheese. Spread peanut butter over cheese then add 4 saltine crackers, a slice of tomato (homegrown is best), onion (optional), lettuce then cover it with the remaining slice of white bread.

Voila! You have a California Sandwich. Serve with potato chips and enjoy!
