CRAB AND SHRIMP CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lbs. crabmeat
1/2 lb. sm. shrimp
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1/3 c. parsley, chopped
2 c. cooked rice
1 1/2 c. real mayonnaise
2 pkgs. frozen peas, thawed, but not cooked
Salt & pepper to taste

Toss lightly. Place in greased casserole. Refrigerate, covered. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees, covered. Serves 6.
