SQUASH CASSEROLE 
3 lb. squash, cooked, drain & mash
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) c. sour cream
1 tsp. salt and pepper to taste
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 sm. jar pimentos
1/2 stick butter

Mix well 1/2 small bag Pepperidge Farm stuffing. Mix all ingredients. Pour into casserole dish. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes. Sprinkle on top of casserole the remaining dressing mix when half done.
