SQUASH CASSEROLE 
Cook together with 1/4 cup butter:

1 green pepper, chopped
3 lb. squash (yellow)
1 onion, chopped

Add:

1 #2 can creamed corn
1 sm. jar chopped pimentos
2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
8 oz. sour cream
1 sm. can sliced water chestnuts

Line buttered casserole with Pepperidge Farm stuffing. Mix, pour in filling, top with stuffing mix. Bake 40 minutes in 350 degree oven.
