TARRAGON CHICKEN 
6 chicken thighs, skinned
Medium onion, chopped
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
1/4 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. tarragon
3 tbsp. capers (opt.)
1 can chicken broth

Sprinkle chicken with garlic powder and brown in olive oil at medium high temperature. Remove and set aside.

Saute onion and add all ingredients. Return chicken to mixture and simmer 1 hour.
