SOUR CREAM POTATOES 
10 lg. cooked and mashed red potatoes (5 lb.)
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 1/2 c. sour cream (chives optional)
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
3 tbsp. butter
Salt

Mix and put into greased casserole. Dot with butter and sprinkle with paprika. Spread sharp Cheddar (optional). Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes uncovered.

Great to make ahead and bake later.
