HAWAIIAN CHICKEN 
5 lb. chicken drumettes
4 eggs, beaten
2 cups cornstarch
1/2 cup oil
2 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt

Sauce:

1/2 cup chicken broth
1 cup sugar
1 cup cider vinegar
6 tbsp. ketchup
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. salt (optional)

Dip chicken in egg; dredge in cornstarch. Fry in oil. Place in a baking dish. Season with garlic salt, pepper and salt. Combine ingredients for sauce and pour over chicken.

Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
