BROCCOLI AND CHEESE DISH 
1 lb. frozen chopped broccoli
1/2-1 lb. Velveeta cheese spread (or similar)
Ritz crackers, crushed
1/8 c. butter (stick), sliced

Cook broccoli just to separate. Do not overcook. Drain. Cube cheese spread.

Combine broccoli and cubed cheese spread and place in a greased casserole dish. Sprinkle Ritz crackers to cover the top. Dab with thin slices of butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes (or until hot).

Note: The more cheese spread you use the cheesier the dish is.
