MOM'S MEATLOAF | |
1 lb. ground meat 3 tbsp. catsup 3 tbsp. A-1 2 eggs (no whites) 3 tsp. salt 3 tsp. pepper 1/3 c. Italian bread crumbs 1/2 onion, chopped fine 1 c. onion soup mix 4 slices of cheese Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix meat with above ingredients in no particular order. Shape into a small loaf of breadsize into a 8 x 10 inch meatloaf pan and bake for 40 minutes. When meatloaf has only 10 minutes left on timer to bake, add 1 cup Lipton onion soup. Mix as a baster. When meatloaf is done baking, add 4 slices of cheese to top. (Whatever preference of cheese is desired. Cheese is optional.) |
