BEER BREAD 
3 c. self-rising flour (or 4 c. Bisquick)
3 tbsp. sugar
12 oz. beer
1 egg
1/4 to 1/2 stick butter, melted

Combine all ingredients. Bake at 375 degrees in a greased, tin loaf pan for 45 to 60 minutes.

After first 10 minutes, split loaf down the length and pour in melted butter.
