RUBEN SANDWICH 
8 slices rye bread
Swiss cheese slices
Sauerkraut
Corned beef slices
butter

1. Fill four slices with Swiss cheese, sauerkraut and corned beef.

2. Top with remaining slices of bread.

3. Spread butter on each side of bread.

4. Place each sandwich in a skillet and brown slightly on each side. Makes 4.
