SATIN FUDGE SAUCE 
4 oz. semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
1/3 c. butter
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 (5 1/3 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Combine all ingredients except vanilla in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Reduce heat to low and continue stirring for 5 minutes. Allow to cool slightly and stir in the vanilla extract. Delicious served over ice cream with a brownie or over ice cream with fresh berries!
