3 sq. unsweetened chocolate
1/2 c. water
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
5 tbsp. butter

Melt 3 squares chocolate and water together until smooth. Add sugar and cook slowly for 5 minutes. Add vanilla and stir. Take off heat. Add 5 tablespoons butter and stir. Serve over ice cream - great with Coffee Ice Cream.
