HOT FUDGE SAUCE 
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter
1/3 c. water
2 tbsp. light corn syrup
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips

In a quart saucepan, combine sugar, butter, water and corn syrup. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a boil, 5 to 8 minutes. Boil 3 minutes; remove from heat. Immediately add chocolate chips; beat with wire whisk until smooth. Serve warm over ice cream or cake. Makes 1 1/2 cups.
