MICROWAVE HOT FUDGE SAUCE 
1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch
Dash of salt
1/2 c. water
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix dry ingredients in a 2 cup glass dish. Stir in water and cook 1-2 minutes; stir every 30 seconds, or until thick. Add butter and cook 30 seconds more. Stir thoroughly and add vanilla. Makes 1 cup. Serve on ice cream.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
