DOUBLE CHOCOLATE CRUMBLE BARS 
1/2 c. butter
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped pecans
2 tbsp. cocoa
1/4 tsp. baking powder
2 c. sm. marshmallows
1 c. chocolate chips
1 c. peanut butter
1 1/2 c. crisp rice cereal

Cream butter and sugar; beat in eggs and vanilla. Stir together flour, nuts, cocoa, baking powder and 1/4 teaspoon salt. Stir into egg mixture. Spread into bottom of greased 9x13 pan. Bake in 350 degree oven 15 to 20 minutes or until bars tests done. Sprinkle marshmallows evenly on top, bake 3 minutes more. Cool.

In small saucepan combine chocolate pieces and peanut butter, stir over low heat until chocolate is melted. Stir in cereal. Spread mixture on top of cooled bars. Makes 3 to 4 dozen.

I melt chocolate chips and peanut butter in the microwave (about 2 minutes on high).

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
