CRAB SOUP 
1 sm. pkg. real or imitation crab
1/3 c. diced onion
1/4 c. diced celery
1/4 c. diced green peppers
1 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. thyme
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 clove minced garlic
2 tbsp. butter
3 c. chicken broth made from 3 bouillon cubes
48 oz. V-8 juice
10 oz. or more of mixed vegetables

Precook vegetables. Add a dash of Tabasco sauce, if desired.
