SWEET AND SOUR CHICKEN WINGS 
Use 2 packages of chicken wings; cut wings into 3 sections. Discard tips or use in chicken stock. Dip chicken sections in egg and roll in cornstarch. Brown wings in frying pan.

SAUCE:

3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
1/4 c. water
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. ketchup

Mix sauce together. Put chicken in baking pan. Pour sauce over chicken and bake in 350 degree oven for 30 to 40 minutes.
