FLUFFY PUMPKIN PIE 
1 c. milk (canned is better)
2 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. tea cloves
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. salt
1 3/4 c. fresh strained pumpkin

Mix together sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, ginger, salt. Combine with pumpkin. Add milk; beat eggs and fold in. Put in 9 inch unbaked pie shell. Bake in hot oven (425 degrees) for 45 minutes or less. Put foil around crust until pie is almost finished, when knife can be inserted and comes out clean.
