BARBECUE BEEF AND CHEESE
SANDWICHES
 
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 clove garlic, chopped fine
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. ketchup
1/3 c. packed brown sugar
1/4 c. Real lemon juice
1 tsp. beef instant bouillon
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 lb. thin sliced roast beef
4 buns, split
4 slices American cheese

In skillet, cook onion and garlic in butter. Add ketchup, sugar, lemon, bouillon, and mustard. Simmer uncovered 20 minutes, stir occasionally. Add beef; heat through. Spoon on buns top with cheese.
