FRUIT COCKTAIL CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix
1 lg. can fruit cocktail
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 sm. pkg. instant vanilla pudding

Mix cake mix by package directions. Drain and fold in fruit cocktail. Pour into 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

FROSTING:

1 box vanilla instant pudding
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 c. milk
