FREEZER CORN | |
30 cobs = about 21 c. Husk, clean corn silks from cob with brush under running water. Cut corn from cobs and place in a turkey roaster. 1/2 c. sugar 1/8 c. salt 1 lb. butter 1 pt. half-and-half Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Stir every 15 minutes. Cool quickly by placing in several small pans and using a fan. Package and tie and freeze. |
