BAKED SPINACH | |
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach 2 c. cooked rice 2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese 4 eggs, slightly beaten 4 tbsp. melted butter 2/3 c. milk 4 tbsp. chopped onion 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. thyme Cook and drain spinach. Add the rest of ingredients and pour into 9 x 13 inch greased cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Cut into squares to serve. May cut recipe in half and use 10 x 6 inch pan, then bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Serves 12 to 15 or 6. Goes well with chicken or fish, especially. |
