SPINACH BAKE 
2 boxes chopped frozen spinach
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 tsp. grated onion
1/2 c. butter
1 c. grated sharp cheese
1 can mushroom soup
1 1/3 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix

Thaw spinach, add soup, cheese, butter, onion, egg. Mix well with spinach. Toss in stuffing, save 3/4 cup for topping. Grease casserole dish. Top with remaining stuffing and dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
