LEILANI'S CORNBREAD 
6 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1 pt. sour cream
1 (17 oz.) can creamed corn
2 pkgs. Jiffy cornbread mix
1 stick butter

Break 6 eggs in large mixing bowl. Add 1/2 cup sugar. Blend well with whisk. Add sour cream and blend with whisk. Add creamed corn and blend. Add cornbread mix and blend. Add melted stick of butter and blend well. Pour batter into a greased 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
