CHINESE SPAGHETTI 
1 to 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 lg. onion, chopped
Soy sauce
2-3 stalks celery, chopped
1 lb. thin spaghetti

Boil spaghetti until done. Brown ground beef in frying pan and pour off excess grease. In a Dutch oven or large pot, put celery and onion with a small amount of water. Cover pot and steam until vegetables are fork tender. Add cooked ground beef and spaghetti. Mix well and add soy sauce to taste. Cook a few minutes to brown spaghetti, stirring constantly. Serve.
