CHOCOLATE SHEET CAKE 
2 c. all purpose flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/3 c. water
1/2 c. butter
1/3 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 egg whites
1 egg
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Lightly grease and flour a 15"x10"x1" pan, then set aside. In a large mixer bowl stir together flour, sugar and soda.

In a medium pan, combine water, butter and cocoa. Bring just to boiling, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add to dry ingredients, beating on low speed of electric mixer just until combined. Add buttermilk, egg whites, egg and vanilla. Beat on low speed for 1 minute (batter will be thin).

Pour into the prepared pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool completely. Makes 20 servings, 5 grams fat per serving.
