CISSY'S CHOCOLATE SHEET CAKE 
1 1/4 c. Oreo's crushed (yes! leave the white)
1/4 c. sugar
1 stick butter, softened

Mix well. Refrigerate until firm.

FILLING:

3 (8 oz.) cream cheese, soften
1 (14 oz.) Eagle Brand milk
1 (12 oz.) Nestle chocolate morsels, melted
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla

Beat cheese until fluffy. Add Eagle Brand milk. Add eggs, one at a time, then chocolate and the vanilla. Pour into pie shell and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 5 minutes. Cool to room temperature and then chill. This really should be put in a large cheese cake pan so you can remove the sides. Do not remove sides until chilled.
