1 lb. confectioners' sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1/4 lb. butter
1/4 c. milk

Heat for 2 minutes on HIGH. Add from 1/2 to 2 cup chopped pecans and 1 tablespoon vanilla. Mix well. Pour into buttered dish. Place in freezer 20 minutes or until cool. (For cake icing, put on cake after mixing.)
