SKINNY PINWHEELS 
2 pkg. fat free cream cheese
1 pkg. (1 oz.) Ranch dressing mix
2 green onions, minced
4 flour tortillas (each has only 1 gram fat)
1 jar (4 oz.) diced pimentos
1 can (4 oz.) diced green chilies
1 can (2.25 oz.) sliced black olives

Mix first 3 ingredients. Spread on tortillas. Drain vegetables and blot dry on paper towel. Sprinkle equal amounts of remaining ingredients on top of cream cheese. Roll tortillas tightly. Place seam down in dish and chill at least 2 hours.

Cut rolls into 1 inch pieces. Discard end pieces. (I ate them.) Serve with spiral up.
