DOUBLE CHOCOLATE CLOUD COOKIES 
3 egg whites
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. chocolate chips
2 tbsp. cocoa
1/8 tsp. cream of tartar
3/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. milk

Beat egg whites with cream of tartar. Add sugar and milk (beat until well mixed). Sift in cocoa. Fold in chocolate chips.

Bake 20 to 25 minutes in 300°F oven (line cookie sheets with parchment or brown paper).

Glaze:

1/3 c. chocolate chips
1/2 tsp. shortening

Melt together. Drizzle over cookies.

Weight Watchers 3 cookies = 2 points. Weight Watchers approved!
