GLORIFIED SAUERKRAUT | |
1 lb. canned sauerkraut, drained 1 lb. can tomatoes, chopped 2 med. onions, diced 1 green pepper, chopped 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained 1 tbsp. oil Saute onions, peppers and mushrooms. Combine with tomatoes and sauerkraut. Bake in a 1 1/2 quart casserole (covered) at 350 degrees for 1 hour and then uncovered for 1/2 hour. Serves 4. |
