3 tbsp. flour
1 c. butter (mix 1/2 shortening and 1/2 butter)
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. milk
1 c. granulated sugar

Cook flour and milk until thick. (I cook in microwave 2 minutes, stir, 1 minute, stir until thick.) Cool completely.

Cream sugar and butter, vanilla. Add flour and milk mixture. Whip until like whipped cream.

To make chocolate I add hot chocolate mix.
