GRANOLA II | |
3 1/2 c. old fashioned rolled oats 1 c. chopped walnuts 1 c. shredded coconut 1 c. chopped almonds 1/2 c. sesame seeds 1 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 tsp. ground cloves 1/4 c. honey 2 tbsp. grated orange peel 1/2 c. dried apricots 1/2 c. raisins Combine all ingredients. Spread mixture in 2 large baking pans. Bake, uncovered, at 200 degrees for 55 minutes. Cool completely, then stir in 1/2 cup raisins and 1/2 cup chopped dried apricots. Cover and store at room temperature. (For Quick Granola try Muesli.) Makes 8 cups. |
