1 stick butter 3 c. sugar 2/3 c. evaporated milk 7 oz. Kraft marshmallow cream 1 tsp. vanilla 1 c. chopped nuts; optional 1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips (semi-sweet) Combine sugar, butter, milk, and marshmallow cream in 3 quart saucepan. Cook on medium heat, stirring frequently until it comes to a rolling boil. Reduce heat to medium and cook 5 minutes. Stir continually as it can scorch. Remove from heat and add chocolate chips, vanilla, and nuts. Beat until fully mixed and chips are melted. Pour into a buttered dish. Cool and cut into desired pieces. |
