QUICK JAMBALAYA 
8 oz. brown & serve sausage links
2 c. uncooked instant rice
2 c. water
16 oz. stewed tomato
1 lb. raw shrimp
2 tbsp. minced onion
2 chicken bouillon cubes
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. red pepper
1/2 c. chopped green pepper

Cut sausage links into slices and brown. Add remaining ingredients. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat, simmer uncovered 10 minutes. 6 servings.
