MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. taco mix
2 cans refried beans
2 c. taco sauce
1 can tomatoes
8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
1 bag nacho chips

Brown 1 pound of ground beef. Add taco mix and water per directions. Mix refried beans with meat and tomato. Spread in a saucepan. Crush chips and layer on top of the meat. Spread taco sauce over chips. Sprinkle top with cheese. Cook at 350 degrees until cheese has melted.
