MACARONI SALAD 
1 lb. cooked & drained macaroni (use shell macaroni)
1 lg. green pepper, chopped
4 carrots, shredded
1 lg. onion, chopped

DRESSING:

1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 c. vinegar
1 c. sugar
2 c. mayonnaise
Salt & pepper to taste

Combine macaroni, green pepper, and carrots; pour dressing over mixture. Let stand 4 hours before serving.
