SCOTT'S CHOCOLATE CARAMEL BARS 
1 German chocolate cake mix
1 can evaporated milk
3/4 c. butter
40 caramels
1 chocolate chips

Mix cake mix, 1/3 cup evaporated milk and 3/4 cup melted butter. Pour 3/4 batter in greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 6-8 minutes at 350 degrees.

Melt 40 caramels with 1/3 cup evaporated milk. Pour caramel mixture on top of cooled cake. Sprinkle with 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips. Top with the remaining batter by tablespoon. Bake 15-20 minutes at 350 degrees.
